Presidential election: INEC announces APC winner in Osun
The result of the presidential elections was announced by the Returning Officer of Osun State, Professor Toyin Ogundipe and Mr. Olusegun Agbaje.

Presidential election: INEC announces APC winner in Ekiti
The result of the presidential elections was announced by Professor Idowu Olayinka, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ibadan and the returning officer for Ekiti State

Remi Tinubu wins Lagos Central Senatorial District seat for third term
The Senator representing Lagos Central Senatorial District at the upper chamber of the National Assembly, Mrs Oluremi Tinubu, has won the senatorial seat for the third term.
Tinubu, who is the wife of the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, scored 131,725 votes to defeat the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Chief Adesunbo Onitiri, who scored 89,107 votes.
The senatorial district comprises of five local government areas, which are Apapa, Eti-Osa, Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland and Surulere.
While the results from Lagos Island and Apapa local government areas were announced on Sunday, the details of the remaining three local governments were not announced during the declaration of the final result on Monday.
While declaring the winner, the senatorial district Collation/Returning Officer, Prof Elijah Oyeyemi of the University of Lagos, said, “The candidate of the APC, Tinubu Oluremi Sade, having satisfied the requirements of the law and scored the highest number of votes is hereby declared the winner and is returned elected.”

Ajimobi loses senatorial election
Governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, for Oyo South Senatorial District has lost.
The Senatorial seat was won by Dr Kola Balogun of the Peoples Democratic Party with 105,720 votes.
Ajimobi got scored 92,218
The results were announced by the Returning Officer of the Senatorial district, Prof. Wole Akinsola.
In Abuja: Almost all the national INEC commissioners are seated at the national collation centre. Mahmood Yakubu, INEC chairman, is yet to arrive.
